  I had to give them back money as the cashier gave me to much. $20.. The manager was rude and angery to me when i did this. Strange !!!!!

  Dear Coles, on Thursday the 6th of October I was walking my dog across the carpark entrance (pedestrian footpath) of your Manly Vale store, a car came flying into the carpark, barely stopping in time. I stood there with a shocked look on my face and then the man in the car started having a go at me and telling me I should watch where I am going. I angrily pointed out to the irresponsible driver that as per the road rules, pedestrians do have right of way at footpaths crossing over driveways and even if we didn't that wouldn't be an excuse to potentially murder my dog and me because he is in a rush. The man kept having a go at me from his car telling me to get on with my day and that's when I realised that he was wearing a Coles shirt. On further inspection, he was wearing a name tag too. It said Marcus - Store Manager. I was in complete disbelief that not only one of your staff but the store manager would be so reckless but considering I live next door and by default I am one of your most regular customers that makes things even worse. When I told Marcus the Store Manager that I would contact Head Office about this matter, he told me to go ahead. I emailed you on the day this event occurred and then a few days later got an email back from customer care informing me that you would be passing the matter on to the regional manager who would be calling me to follow up. It's now been over a week and I have had no more follow up in any capacity, leading me to believe that Coles has no regard for their customers safety or satisfaction, which is extremely disappointing.
